Abdul Manaf C B is a highly experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, and machine learning engineering. He has a passion for designing software products and applications, architecting components, and writing code. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to work with good mentors and colleagues, and he has had the opportunity to own critical components, products, platforms, etc. of large-scale data-intensive workloads, which has helped him gain hands-on experience in designing systems from ideas and proof of concepts to working products. Abdul has enjoyed many positions in various organizations, unlocking the power of data by building data and ML engineering teams from scratch, driving data/ML architecture, and heading the technical architecture, machine learning platform, and architecture development in all these roles. He is passionate about machine learning and artificial intelligence, and for the last several years, he has been working in this space helping organizations build machine learning products & services, data engineering platforms, ML platforms, and architecture. Currently, Abdul is working as a Director of Machine Learning Engineering at edge, where he is responsible for architecting and designing the EdGE AIML Platform. In the past, he has worked as a Machine Learning Architect at edge and Principal, Data Engineering at noodle ai. At noodle ai, he was able to do heavy lifting in two breakthrough AI solutions, Product Quality, and Predictive Asset Health maintenance for the manufacturing industry. Abdul has a strong educational background, with a PG in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence from Illinois Institute of Technology and GLIM, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering, Attingal, and a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College - Thirurangai. Abdul is proficient in various technologies, including ML, Backend, AI, Data Engineering, Senior Software Engineer, Infra, and Big Data. With 11.76 years of relevant experience, Abdul is a valuable asset to any organization looking to build data-intensive AI and ML products and workloads.
